    I have some interesting results. I plugged a 5410 phone into the phone switch and had the same results.     The ring mode is set to "collective". The overflow mode is set to "group". All phones that are 5420 do not ring. There are three 5420 phones and two 4412 phones in the hunt group. I have tried resetting the phone switch, and resetting the phones. This didn't help.

    It is set to "appearance" and not "line appearance". I mistakenly called it a line appearance button on my first post. The label is named "line" and the action is "appearance", but it is not set as a "line appearance", just an "appearance".
