I just received the correct toner cartdridges(12A5845) from our vendor. When I put in the new cartdridge, it displays "32 unsupported cartdridge". These printers are very old and were donated to the school district I work for, so of course there are no manuals or documentation.

I have a Win2K machine that gets the message "Alert, cover previously removed.....hard drive failure" during boot-up. Is there a fix for this? Or is the hard drive beyond repair?
