I am running a MICS XC5.0 with a NAM 4.0 behind it. The NAM has failed and I can see that the fiber light coming from the NAM is out. Is there any way to fix this or some place to get a new fiber card for this NAM?

Look at the Dialing Plan. The "Default" = 7, which means if you are able to dial and office code + 4 digits without an area code that would be 7 digits. If you are always going to dial an area code even within the same office code as I do in my location, then change the default to 10.
Does the lines ever get answered by the AA if the receptionist does not answer?
If not you should check the "operator" status under F982 to see if the lines are told to answer? You can turn on and off answer under operator mode.

I have a MICS 5.0 and am trying to turn on called ID so that when a call comes in the ringing phone can see the calling number before the phone is picked up. I can only see it before it is picked up if I hit Feature 811. Am I missing something?
