I've seen this before too and the way I've got around it is to add the printer as a local printer but create a new standard TCP/IP port while doing so. You may need to install the drivers for the printer locally though. As for the printing fonts not right, I'd suggest updating the printer driver.

You should be able to do this in exactly the same way as you did in 98. What happens when you try?

I'd suspect that the icons have moved from the default location. How about trying to use TweakUI (available to download from most download sites) to rebuild the icons? Could work. Carty
