slow roaming profile logging out

Got NT4 server SP6, users using NT4 workstations and roaming profiles. One user takes about 10 minutes to log out from when he clicks log out to saving files etc to login screen again.

I can only think its caused by the roaming profile being written to the server. I had a look at the size of the profile, its smaller than most of the others who log out ok in seconds. He doesnt have lots on his desktop of favourites etc.

Any ideas on why its slow to log out????

Have you checked his network settings? Either on his network card or your switch? What type of network do you have?
