Hey, found out that this is a known problem on 7.0 PR1, and therefore just after upgrading to the 7.0 PR1 we will need to upgrade all 12 Controllers again to the new 7.0 SP1 PR1. Go figure.

Since upgrading the MCD 6.0 SP3 to the newer MiVoice 7.0 PR1, we are seeing duplicate entries. One will have the Directory Name and the other doesn't. Is there a way for the Controller to Cleanup it's Directory Names in like SDS Debug or another command in the Maintenance Command field?
