gotcha. I see the voicemail destination field which is the outgoing group id's i can choose from the various trunks I have. I would choose the HQ group id since its the VM Pro/Lite?
It says "Voicemail Lite/Pro" with the correct VM server IP for both IPO's. I looked on the VM Pro which has Branch and HQ extensions in there, and the users in corporate where the branch is having issues sending to VM. I made another extension at HQ to and it populated in the VM pro and tried...
Morning,
I have a branch location that is using VM Pro for there VM storage at a remote HQ. When calls are transferred to VM on the branch side internal or external (transfer to user at HQ VM), its asking for a pass code... When i transfer to VM to that remote location, it works. Calls...
Gotcha. I added an IPO Office (corporate) that originally had users at that location (branch), now we have new physical location with another IPO Office (corporate). I pointed the voicemail (corporate) portion pro to the remote VM pro server (we haven't physically moved servers yet so there on...
Morning,
I am having an issue with the VM Pro on transferring a call to VM over a trunk line. I have a "Leave Mail" action which works locally (all the extensions on that IPO). But when I try to transfer it to a remote extension over a IP Office trunk to VM, calls ends. I looked at system...
Morning,
I am able to login into the IPO through the manager but when i try to login into it from the system status, I receive a "Server certificate not yet in date." Any workaround for this?
Thanks,
Brent
I got it. I left the SIP config default with VoIP silence suppression and re-invite ticked for the line compared to my other config on the 8.1 this one is 9.1. After i did that the lines came up idle and was able to interdial both ways! thanks for the help!
I followed this guide below to connect an Avaya IPO to BCM50, I have it working at other location that is R8.1. I checked the SIP trunks and they say "out of service", instead of in server. Re-created trunks and disabled/re-enabled them. I have 8 licenses which i see in the system status but...
The routing is the issue to the wrong branch which only has 4 channels, R9.1 (16 channels) and R8.1 (12 channels), R8.1 gets a call then transfers to R9.1, but it goes to the wrong branch which only has 4 channels, it gets overloaded and calls cant get transferred or dropped. So thats the...
R9.1 it shows SCN down, i believe after i switched it from IPO Office to h323 with supplementary services to h450 it went to that. Before I had an IP Office line and the SCN was up before. in SSA, it shows idle for 20 channels like the others :).
There is a direct trunk to that site, but it chooses to go out another branch's trunk to get to it unfortunately. The systems that are being affected are preferred edition as well. How does the IPO determine which trunk to go out of first if both are accessible from another remote ends trunk...
So I got more info, i just noticed this in the system status which i totally overlooked. Our Corporate (R9.1) internal calls are going to one of our Branch locations trunk then to Branch (8.1), which isnt correct, they should be going out the designated correct trunk. Calls from the branch...
