Avaya IPO 9.1 to BCM50 R6 SIP Trunk

I followed this guide below to connect an Avaya IPO to BCM50, I have it working at other location that is R8.1. I checked the SIP trunks and they say "out of service", instead of in server. Re-created trunks and disabled/re-enabled them. I have 8 licenses which i see in the system status but the "Administered channels" are 0, which is wrong. Any ideas?


 
Impossible to say without specifics, have you compared the configs side by side , including IP routes and URIs etc ?

 
I got it. I left the SIP config default with VoIP silence suppression and re-invite ticked for the line compared to my other config on the 8.1 this one is 9.1. After i did that the lines came up idle and was able to interdial both ways! thanks for the help!
