I am having an issue with the VM Pro on transferring a call to VM over a trunk line. I have a "Leave Mail" action which works locally (all the extensions on that IPO). But when I try to transfer it to a remote extension over a IP Office trunk to VM, calls ends. I looked at system status on both the systems. The one with the VM pro shows the correct destination party but calls ends, I tried to doing a "transfer" action and that works, so i know the VM pro is talking to the remote IPO and connectivity is working. The remote side never gets a trunk call with the "Leave Mail" action. Any thoughts?
