Hi, the official download path from AVAYA would be more interesting. It can't be the case that firmware is delivered but we can't upgrade the existing devices.

Thanks for your support. Unfortunately, resetting the security didn't help. Driving on site is not possible as it takes over 6 hours to drive. There needs to be a different solution here.

after the successful upgrade of primary server from R11.1.2 to R11.1.3, the secondary server abort the update via IP Office Web Manager.
I get the following error messages:

The download page allows to download the "UWSClientUpgrade.zip" but the unzipped folder seems containing SD card files.
What is this file used for? I can't find any relevant documentation about it.

The problem does not come from the service provider. All telephones, regardless of whether they are analogue, SIP, H323 or DECT, do not hear a ring tone if they want to dial via the central SIP trunk on primary server.
