No ringing signal after upgrade server to R.11.1.2.3 1

Hello community,
after updating the primary server to R11.1.2.3, the customer complains that neither a ringing nor a busy signal can be heard on outgoing calls.
Is there something known?

what type of phones? and service? SIP or PRI?
 
all phones, all gateways, central sip trunk on primary server
 
are they IP phones? sounds like you are not getting audio one way... did you try testing a phone by disabling the direct media path?
 
The problem does not come from the service provider. All telephones, regardless of whether they are analogue, SIP, H323 or DECT, do not hear a ring tone if they want to dial via the central SIP trunk on primary server.

In the logs on the server I keep finding the following:
{"severity":"INFO","message":"2022-11-03 14:27:46 aSoftMS (9374) [WavSource.cpp:79] error openinng file /opt/ipoffice/tones/deu/ringback.wav"}

All sound files can be easily downloaded and played. So the files are ok.

Changing the media path has no effect.

I have no further ideas.
