I put this on the back burner and now getting back to it. I have tried using a different PC and doing a step upgrade to 11.1.2.4 first but that failed with the same error.
@JimFed, did you have any luck with your upgrade?
I am trying to upgrade my application server from 11.1.2.3.0 build 47 to 11.1.3.1.0 build 34. I am getting the following error message at the 3% mark.
I have rebooted the application server, cleared the cache, uploaded the iso with Firefox instead of Chrome and defaulted security settings...
I ended up trying the upgrade straight from the UC module. The app server took the restore and looks like everything is working the way it should. Thanks for your replies!
Can I do a backup from a UC module running 8.1 and restore it on a 11.1 application server? Or do I need to upgrade the UC module first, then move it to an app server?

Stun is enabled. I ran the stun server it determined it was full cone nat and pulled my correct IP for the public. I have it enabled on the SIP trunk-Transport tab as well for Lan 1
