    Identifying Card Type

Hello, In LD 20, when you do an IDC, based on the ouput, how do you tell the card type? For example, NT8C02GB, the 02 indicate that it is a digital line card. What digits tell you if it is an PRI, ITG or Analog card? Thanks.

    Default setting for M7324

Hello, is it possible to re-load the default setting on a M7324 set? I am using a PRI and it is taking line 160 and i would like to give it something else since there is another set with that line. I am also confused as to why there are two sets with the same line number. Thanks.

    Incoming Digits

Thanks, I guess there is no easy way. I was hoping there was something under "maintenance" where I could monitor the incoming calls on the PRI.

    Dead Analog Card

Well, this made me a believer. I disabled the card and enabled three times. I removed it from the slot twice and after GH's posting, i did it one more time and lo and behold. Fewer troubles to worry about tomorrow morning!

    Dead Analog Card

Now i know. When it is not working, you feel frustrated. Now, i have this silly grin because there is not way of explaining this. I am just happy it is fine now 'cause, it is the only card i have in this switch.

Thanks. I already did all that and it did not work. Guess i do not have all that internal power :( Are there any diagnostics that i can do on this card? Thanks.

    Dead Analog Card

Hello, I have an Option 11 that was powered down on the weekend. ON power up - everything came back except the analog card. In LD 32, i disabled the card then enabled. The TN's are programmed but there is no DT on the TN's. How can i check if the card is bad? Thanks.

    XTEN SIP Phone

Anyone tried the Xten softphone to see if it works. Apparently they (Xten - renamed CounterPath)have this on the roadmap for testing for compliance with Nortel. I want to try it anyway and would appreciate feedback from anyone who tried or planning to try it. Thanks.

    VoIP and ATA's

There is a Sig Server at the main site and i have IP phones at the remote site. The remote site is actually across the street so i am using fiber and media converters to extend my TLAN. I have all the ISM's required. I was thinking of using a Grandstream ATA and configure it with an IP address...
