yeah i use the stick all the time,but this client published his main number and the fax as the same number,and he has 4 roll over lines
so i read that the bcm call pilot can detect on all lines if its a fax and send it to the fax,if not i would need a stick on all lines.

lets say you use huntgroup 1 you need to assign the members that you want in there,and you can setup extensions to have the hunt group appear on the set or ring only,plus assign the lines in the hunt group
i installed a bcm 50,then clients tells me that he published is main number as the fax and he wants to keep it that way.
i read that i can setup a fax option that the system will recognize a fax and send to my analog ext,am i right if yes whats the setup

i setup line 205 with 4 appearances on 4 sets with swca keys,my problem is they want to be able to only manage 4 calls at once,but i tested and if i park 4 calls on call keys a 5th call can come in,how do i go about to only have 4 calls,this will be answered by aa as well HELP?
the caller id should show up on all sets in that hunt group
and they should be able to forward to another set hunt group takes a line position will work fine
i have a new client they took over system mics/cp150.
The mb 100 has over 400 messages in it is there a way to scrap those instead of deleting 1 by 1 thanks
i thought of doing call center this is a medical health center the department in question has 2 published numbers in the yellow pages but same tree only 4 lines and 4 receptionists and they cant handle the call flow (overpaid gov workers)idealy i would seperate the 2 numbers in 2 tables but...
i have a mics with a call pilot i am using all 4 tables with 4 ccr trees.
is there a way to add more tables i would need to add 1 more with a ccr tree,
And why theres is only 4 tables but 7 ccr trees
