    messages not appearing in sent folder

    I have a weird problem, when a user forwards a message in Outlook, it doesn't show up in his sent folder most of the time. The option to save forwarded messages is checked off. So I have no clues. Computer is XP pro sp2 with office 2003 sp1. Any ideas?
