yes, i found that under ILG group under line programming. you build an incoming line group then under set programming u would assign that group to the sets that u want to ring when that particular number when called. Thank you very much on that. I'm still a little confused on the rls 4.0 and...

yes thats where i was/am looking. is it possible that hunt group area do not exist in MICS rls 3.0? Thats what i have here at home.... i was trying biuld one similar here at home so i knew where i was when i got back out to site.

There is a CCR tre built in a MICS with a call pilot. it says press 1 for sales....... and the path is built to transfer to int extension to 2586 which is not a working extension/phone. However when u press "1" it rings a group of phones. I have done similar to this in the past using the answer...

The auto log in appears on every mailbox. Do i have to change every mail box or is ther one system setting? Right now it does not go to password it skips that u cant select other or press *

Customer called said they had a new call pilot installed. Replacing an old flash 4. Probably a expanded 100 or 150? They have at least 20 mailboxes. They say when the press feature 981 it goes straight to their messages not asking for or skipping the password. I dont remember where to change...

yes i did all that. it all checks out. No set reloc is not on. Unsure if the customer purchased it new or refurb??

yes i disabled the port unfortunately no change. Yes i did do a change DN thought i fixed it...... however when u change the DN fron the 2161 to the 2131 what it should be...... the system will still not let u FNA forward to that extension because it still resides on or as the B2!
