we are triing to get the server to talk to the switch via LAN we can get into the box and we can get into the OTM software just can't get the OTM to handshake with the switch

I Need to know how to add a user to the switch so i can OTM will talk to the switch. i need to connect my OTM server to my 61C and OTM is asking for a user name and password. I've tried all that i know and i seem to be missing something.

Still not working all that comes up is withheld do you want just the TN 4 1 13 14 or do you need more info???

the nortel Switch is a bit new to me and i am learning as i go i have a cls entry CNDA is that correct?

I changed phones from a 2616 to a 3904 and my caller id is withheld on out bound calls I have a 61c switch HELP :-)
