caller ID 3904

I changed phones from a 2616 to a 3904 and my caller id is withheld on out bound calls

I have a 61c switch

You put the correct CLID entry on that 3904 right? CLS cnda dnda

i have a cls entry CNDA is that correct?

yep, add dnda as well, if it doesn't work, post your TN of that set.

do you want just the TN 4 1 13 14

Post the non-working 3904, when it was a 2616 it was good to go right? must be missing a minor thing.
