It was recently asked of me if we can do the following on 7.X
Using the phone system, can we create different 'types' of busy and have CCR record them as such.
Example: Phone has 8 short keys - we want to bind them to a busy action and record it. Example key 1 - regular hold, key - 2...
For a second time, I realize there is no 7.1. it was a typo and i didn't notice it till after, can we NOW put that to rest..heh
If my example was wrong, the point that I'm asking about, how fluid the transition from 7.X to 8.X is.
I never realized it has to be specific to one particular issue...
