Drop Agent name in Caller ID for Incoming Call Display

I want to know if it's possible to drop the "agent name" for an incoming call.

We are having an issue where the short codes we are using to display the hunt group is misleading.

Example : See Attachment.

I would like to remove the agents name and just have the PCMF N (hunt group name) displayed in long form.

External call coming in but when the call comes in, it displays the agents name on their phone also, I would like to remove that and only have the huntgroup associated with the 1800 number, being displayed.

Basically, from the graphic, remove the agents name (sohrab falahatk) and only have the (PCMF N) displayed.
