Hi Guys
After a bit of assistance.

This problem occurs on IP500 V2 - we have just migrated a SIP account on this system from Username/password authentication to purely IP address authentication. Since then on some calls the call disconnects exactly 30 seconds after being answered. This doesn't happen on every call and sometimes...
Unfortinuatley there is no backup of the Voicemail as the service does not start. I can backup the BCM core programming, so at least I have a backup of the keycodes etc.

This may be down to a setting on the VPN. E.g if there is no traffic being presented over the VPN the VPN may drop out. There maybe a setting on the Cisco to enable ping keep alive over the VPN.

Hi
I have VF SIP set up on my Office PBX.
Set your SIP trunks in "SIP credentials" with the username and Auth name as the SIP username, contact = sip.voiceflex.com, password and tick the registration. Only one trunk needs to be registered on one account.
Set your SIP URI's

As not doing this before and not really looked at the Microsoft Lync. To my understanding there needs to be some middleware between the IP Office and the Lync server. I'm thinking of installing a Dialogic DMG400 series to be the middleware. As I think this has to...
Hi Everyone

Has anyone done this before? If so can you let me know on some pointers or additional hardware which would be needed.
Thanks in advanced
