    Yes it shows the Caller ID info on the phones including the phone connected to the SMDR6, but doesn't show any Caller ID info on the SMDR printout. It doesn't matter if I have it set to printout SL-1 or NORSTAR. It is monitoring all.

    You could also do a Feature *82 and set their phone to pre-dial. That way they can dial the number in then press a line button to place the call.

    Moved phone, lost all programming

    Go into programming and make sure Auto Set Relocation is off, go to Maintnance>Port DN Status and find out which port has DN222 on it. Connect the phone to that port, make sure it's 222 then turn on the Auto Set Relocation and move it to where it goes.

    You have a voice recording in a mailbox. You will have to transcribe into a print media (ie:write it out) to place it on a web page. You could use one of those gizmos that translates spoken word to text. Good luck.

    DID calls not going through

    Did you program the target lines with the recieved digits from the telco? And assign it to a phone? Try this, hook up your buttset to one of the DID lines, go off hook and dial one of the recieved digit sets. Did the right phone ring?

    Sell the customer a M7100 and install it in the phone room or the celing. turn on the aux ringer for this set. whenever the recp't is away from her desk have her call forward to the 7100 (Feature 4 and the 7100s DN)

    Or swap the line with one that works. If the problem follows the line (moves to the working line) then the problem is outside the system. If the problem stays on the original line you have a bad line card.
