Can I forward CLID on an incomming call via PRI out to the forwarded destination? Customer wants calls forwarded to thier cell phone to show originators CLID not the BCM's PRI CLID.

If you record something in the key menu field by mistake the caller hears two greetings the one you recorded in *8101 ond then the one in *8104. I just re-recorded 3 sec of silence but I was just wondering if there was a way to default the embedded vm just to clear all voice recordings. Thanks

Have you tried turning off Allow direct media path on the VOIP tab of the IP phones? I think I had the same problem and this may have fixed it. However every call seemed to use 2 VCMs.

I have 5410 phones. If I pick up from the same phone it works as you described, however when picking up from another phone it causes the prompt.

Are they loop start lines? If so are you getting CPC from the CO or disconnect supervision? Sometimes you have to ask for it.

Make sure you don't have any type of vpn client running I have seen this cause problems.

Do you need any ip routes built in the ipo for this to work?

I think the manager has to be on the same network. You may need to take control of a pc on the ipo network and run manager from there.

Some Dial tone providers will not supply disconnect supervision unless you ask for it. I have a tester I purchased from mike sandman www.sandman.com/pdf/page92.pdf with easily tests for cpc disconnect on the line.
