    Can you post the CCS trace? Be sure the COS Suppress Fake CCM is set to no in the phones Class of Service, I got burnt by this before.

    Sounds like the voicemail is treating your call as an external call. Try setting "Private Sip Trunk" to yes in the SIP peer profile.
