Yeah I cannot get the "directory to play". I have the CCR Tree up and working, but at the end of the greeting it never giving the option to listen to the company directory.

The customer wants the message indicator light to work , I have enabled the message wating feature. I looked at the sets and they all show the old M7310's. I changed the sets on Monday and they have not changed.
I have a customer who wanted new phones. I changed out the ten M7310's they had with T7316E's, but the CICS won't recognize the new sets. How can I change this? I have gone into maintanence and no luck. Please help..
