    I am having trouble with a new Mitel 3000. The caller ID is displaying after the handset is picked up, but not before. I am new to Mitel and the program looks correct, any advice would be welcomed.

    Yeah I cannot get the "directory to play". I have the CCR Tree up and working, but at the end of the greeting it never giving the option to listen to the company directory.

    I have programmed a CCR tree it is enabled, but I cannot get the directory to play it, I do hear my greeting 1 though. I have checked marked the box in the menu and it still does not play. Any help would be appreciated.

    CICS WON'T RECOGNIZE NEW SETS

    The customer wants the message indicator light to work , I have enabled the message wating feature. I looked at the sets and they all show the old M7310's. I changed the sets on Monday and they have not changed.

    I have a customer who wanted new phones. I changed out the ten M7310's they had with T7316E's, but the CICS won't recognize the new sets. How can I change this? I have gone into maintanence and no luck. Please help..

    I have a Nortel CICS 7.0 no Auto Attendant on the Voicemail , but after 4 rings the CICS answers and puts callers on hold. How do I shut off Auto Attendant on the CICS?
