I have a Nortel CICS 7.0 no Auto Attendant on the Voicemail , but after 4 rings the CICS answers and puts callers on hold. How do I shut off Auto Attendant on the CICS?
 
f*831 turns Auto Answer on and off. It's in the Sys Coordinator manual.
