I have programmed a CCR tree it is enabled, but I cannot get the directory to play it, I do hear my greeting 1 though. I have checked marked the box in the menu and it still does not play. Any help would be appreciated.

Is it assigned to the greeting table?

Make sure greeting 1 is assigned in Table 1 to morning, afternoon, night and business closed. Also make sure you record your ccr greeing in path 0 in ccr recording. Also make sure ccr is enabled in table 1 for all times.

What do you mean by "cannot get the directory to play "?
Are you talking about about the directory using the pound key?

Yeah I cannot get the "directory to play". I have the CCR Tree up and working, but at the end of the greeting it never giving the option to listen to the company directory.

It will never play it, you have to say it in your CCR tree prompt.
ex:
for service press 1
for sales press 2
for the company directory press the pound key.
