I am having trouble with a new Mitel 3000. The caller ID is displaying after the handset is picked up, but not before. I am new to Mitel and the program looks correct, any advice would be welcomed.

What type of phone are you using?
Does the display show 'Toggle'?
Toggle enables you to toggle the trunk label and caller ID
Also have you set you CoS correctly to display CLI?

Supernova99 thank you for the ideas, I ended up re-engineering the install to figure out what the previous tech, who installed the programming, had done.
The Mitel 3000 (using 4120 phones) does not want the lines labeled/named in the PTSN tab on the programming record. Once I removed the line names the caller ID began to work.
