Set up and English and Spanish AA platform. I assigned the Alt to Platform 2 but when it plays the prompt that says "One Moment Please" when the call is transferred it says it is Mandarin. How do I change that to Spanish?
I have been able to get it to work on a rls 24. I found it cumbersome to program and the DN's I have programmed to it are no where to be seen. Any suggestions. I am use to the M2000 series.
I am surprised because Nortel has always been pretty logical in it's design. However on the MICS covers the little plastic lock is also easily damaged because it is made out of a soft plastic.

Is there any other devise out there that I could use on a MICS that will function just like an ATA. Is there a generic ATA for example that will work just the same?
Will the individual exts. programmed feature buttons be retained in memory so when I copy a set all the feature buttons that I programmed will be copied to the new set?
My customer is picking up on the 1st ring. Any way to delay the calls for a full ring before they actually are presented to the sets so the CID is captured?
BTW why does the CO not send the CID first before the ring? Anyone know?
