I have question on this....I assume the TVP has standard English prompts.... I heard it's English prompts had French Canadian accent...is this true?
Thanks.
Hey gang,
I'm trying to (have to ...long story) integrate a KX-TD with a TVS50... my test setup is a KX-TD308...yes you heard that right. (P.S. I know the old TVS systems inside out...so have a good grasp as carries over to TVA via different interface)
Anway, So I tried setting up a CSM under...
I don't work on that system....and my response might seem laughable ...but on older Panasonic's I would use (as obt mentioned) a portable / slt station....forward all calls on that station to cell. And BOTH VM port and portable/slt would have to have the same COS enabled settings...I know the...
Hey gang,
Panasonic TDA50 --
How/where do I enter floating external page number 600 so when incoming co rings it will also ring through ksu paging port/speakers. I gave this a whirl by added it to main ICD group 601 as a "member/extension"....no luck...assigned in Operator/floating extension...
Yeah but that was an incorrect statement...there is NO way that person had a KXTD...they really had a KXT ....the KXTD308 once again does NOT have a CLEAR switch....
Anybody know how to default the old KXTD308? ....this one I just acquired has unknown password.....unlike the rest of the KXTD line there is no CLEAR switch to default this thing....don't want to unsolder battery if I can get around it.....Anybody? And how to I setup account here to receive...
Swap the trunk groups the lines are assigned in....I.O.W....re-assign the trunk groups with each line...
501 is (sounds like) Voice Mail / Auto attendant destination (normally 500...but probably the same)
601 is Incoming Call Group....what causes each phone (in that group) to ring...that is...
This is just a hunch...but there is a possibility it was hacked... a lot of these system's get hacked (they hear Panasonic Digital Debbie AA prompts when mass calling systems at night) .
When you re-power it back up see if you see CO lines are being grabbed to call out....if you don't see this...
Hey all,
Need to hookup modem to Panasonic TVS voice mail...seen it done before.
Anyway, I'm directly hooked up to db25 port on modem with laptop (usb to serial adapter) and trying hyperterminal / procomm.... no communication.
Tried typing some commands (not familiar here either) and no...
Figured out a solution...
Downloaded this file (V48) / scanned with anti-virus - safe .... went to procomm folder (c:\procomm) removed existing "SHORCUT.DLL" file and put downloaded file in it's place and renamed to same "SHORCUT.DLL" ...problem solved! Procomm back up and running.
Clearly...
Procomm wont open - popup "..Aspect32.DLL was not found" ..any solutions??
I removed and reinstalled and still get this error.
Using Procomm 4.8 version on XP pro.
Barry
Don't know if you still need this..but here's a manual...it's to the Triad-S series...PROGRAMS THE SAME...(there are a few minute differences- you probably wont come across though)...
Okay...I figured this one out on my own...
I now have what will probably sound like a dumb question...
but what is meant by "user prompt 1 & user prompt 2" ...what are their purposes and distinctions??
I assuming it's for bilingual applications or at least partially...
Please elaborate.
Thanks.
Hey all,
First post here...
Newbie to the TVS50... I have it hooked up to a KX-TD308.
I'll probably be posting a few questions in the next few days as I'm trying to get this system all figured out. (install manual/user manual not too elaborate)
I have the version that on the "Custom Service...
