Have you tried to open manager in SCN mode.
SCN discovery must be enabled in the Manager in order to find and load each SCN member configuration.
Goto File ➤ Preferences.
Select the Discovery tab.
Check SCN Discovery.
Click OK.

is the Advertise group checkmark in?
The group is native to site 1. Advertise group is ticked - you can see the group on Manager on site 2, the issue is that on site 1 it doesn't detect users from site 2! Really strange one.

I have 2 x IP Office 500's with an SCN. It's been in and working for ages but today there are issues between the sites. Hunt Group 500 on site 1 should contain user 511 on site 2 and usually does, but on Manager for site 1 you now cannot see the users from site 2 when you try to add users...
I plugged a monitor into the server and logged in using Administrator / Administrator and manually restarted the csipo service through the commands. Then I was able to login on 7070 and choose new passwords so looks like problem solved [thumbsup2]

Yes the One-X has a connection to both IP Offices. When you log onto One X from the 2nd site you can choose "Login to Phone" and in the drop down menu you can choose either IP Office.

We did have it working over a VPN but the customer's VPN client was causing very bad speech quality so they wanted to try it this way unfortunately until they get their VPN sorted properly!
Thanks a lot that's great, I've passed those ports onto the customer's IT company. I naively thought that as it's just connecting over SIP it would only need the SIP port forwarding. They haven't got One X Portal or anything like that.

I have changed the domain to the internal IP of the IPO and it now registers OK. However when you dial out from it, you don't get any speech and it doesn't seem to even know when the other party has accepted the call. At least I'm further forward than I was before I suppose!
