Hi,

We are having issues with a customer who hotdesks over 2 sites and wants to use One X Portal.

Both IPO500's and an Application server running One X are on the same LAN but the SCN between the 2 sites is on a separate MPLS on LAN2 on both IPO500's

They have hotdesk users on Site 1 with the relevant licenses. These user's can use One X fine on Site 1 and can log themselves into phones on Site 2 OK but when they attempt to log into One X from Site 2 it won't log in and you get the message ‘You have been logged out because the system became unavailable’

Has anyone ever experienced this before or know what could be preventing it working?

TIA

Yes had issues same as you are on various version of 9.1 and 10.0

What version are you running?

Thanks for the reply John, our systems were on I think 9.1.4 but we've now upgraded to the latest 9.1 which is 9.1.12 and still having the same issue.

Did you overcome your issues?

Has the One-x been configured to connect to BOTH IP Offices?

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

Yes the One-X has a connection to both IP Offices. When you log onto One X from the 2nd site you can choose "Login to Phone" and in the drop down menu you can choose either IP Office.
