i have a concern about the stability of the ELAN and my services provider feel the need to INI the 81C to clear some register problem.
i have been assured that no impact would be felt on the ELAN, but i seem to remember that at last the callpilot and symposium link get drop.

i recently worked on a 600R call pilot that had to be replaced.
i took the old hard drive and slip it in the refurbish server.
we quickly found out that only the mail box were working.
the auto-att menu didn't work and the application builder fail to start.
call pilot manager indicated a problem...

my question is about changing a set type.
I know that i have to change the PBX voice and data TN.
I then need to change the set type in the 9150 aplication.
do I need to save to flash [therefore rebooting the whole unit] before the change...

we have 2 CS1000B both with a receiption desk, i need to have all user that dial 0 to reach the reception desk.
now they all go to the m2250 at the CS1000S
any hint as to where to look, what to do.
