we have 2 CS1000B both with a receiption desk, i need to have all user that dial 0 to reach the reception desk.

now they all go to the m2250 at the CS1000S
any hint as to where to look, what to do.

you could use pretranslation tables for branch phones

Assign 0 to specific DN for each site

can't, they all register to the CS1000S

What type of phones are your receptionist using at the branches?

They probably have a different number than "0" assigned to them.

yeap! they do

4100 at site A and 4200 at site B

so when users Dial "0" they go to main site where "0" is pointed.

you could train your users at different branches to dial correct number

or use pretranslations for 0 to dial 4100 and 4200

Never done it before, but I would imagine that you need to look in the Zone Based dialing and set the site A translation to 4100 and the site B to 4200. Not too sure how to implement though.

my choice for that is usually tennant service.. only change is ten to rdb and ten to att.. each tennant can have a att, or share.. you usually allow ten to ten, which makes it more flexable then multi customer
