I am continuing to investigate this but it does appear that MAS with AML integration have nowhere near the functionality of MAS with SIP integration.
Hopefully I can find a solution otherwise it's back to the old MIRAN and UTC.

We have a WAV file uploaded to the MAS which is linked to a Music Route that we use for the contact center.

Make sure your voice path is taking the same path both in/out of your MPLS network.

The AACC is not supported with 4.5, doesn't matter if it's a lab system. If your trying this failover in the lab and it's not working it's because your connecting to a 4.5 switch....you need to upgrade your lab switch to a support version.

You could also transfer the call to a Phantom TN that would drop into VoiceMail. From there you can built an application in Call Pilot (Assuming your using CP) that would play the message in question. These calls would be pegged as transfered/terminated rather then abandoned.
