Hi all, I'm having a problem dialing an ACDN. When I dial from an extension, I can dial 4 digits and everything works ok. When I dial the ACDN from outside, 7 digits, I go to a fast busy. What do I look for???
Im steping in for a co worker and im having an issue trying to set up a nortel voice mail account. every time i try to add this one file it keeps returning a message saying SDN AND USER EXTENSION DN MUST BE UNIQUE. Any suggestions on how i can fix this problem?
We're having to replace a SEB with a US Robotics modem. I can't remember the sequence for programming the modem. If anyone knows PLEASE respond. If anyone knows which book to look in, please let me know.

My vendor isn't alot of help. I've notified them last week, still positive response. The vendor's tech knows less than I do, God bless him. This opt 11 works off an 81 in our data center. We had a change in service this past month, we "upgraded" to Ethernet from ATM. That's when the problem...
I am receiving the error code FRMR from an opt 11c. Everything I've looked at tells me it's a "re-establishing D-channel after receiving a frame reject from the far end." Knowing that, what could be the problem?
