    Do you keep your clients mostly up to date firmware wise? A couple of the clients having this issue are NOT on 11 like I assumed. Some are on 10.0.x

    Correction, it's setup using a proofpoint (email filter) relay.

    Have a couple clients with 500V2's on some sort of version 11 release. Both have 365 and we use a shared mailbox to send VM to email. Has been working fine for some time but recently it's seeming to break every week or so for a few clients. Is there a best practice guide for 365 vm to email?

    I believe I have it fixed, I did enable that Loop Current Disconnect on the Grandstream device and I also set the Grandstream to 800ms with the IPO @ 350ms.

    It's an 8 port grandstream ATA, the SIP terminates on the device and then analog to the IPO Here are some other settings. I'm curious about the loop current disconnect setting that isn't enabled

    Any particular setting? I have the IPO set to 250ms and the adapter set to 500ms right now. Leave a VM and watching the call on system status and it's still not disconnecting.

    So I can completely control outbound caller ID to just about anything but services like 911, 933, or 1800-444-4444 (MCI). Is there a way around this?
