Have a couple clients with 500V2's on some sort of version 11 release. Both have 365 and we use a shared mailbox to send VM to email. Has been working fine for some time but recently it's seeming to break every week or so for a few clients. Is there a best practice guide for 365 vm to email?
IPO 11.something with embedded VM and we currently use a service called Call 2 Teams (Microsoft Teams) which has been lackluster at best but we're looking for some community feedback in perhaps we don't have it configured quite right. Just thought I'd ping you guys to see if anyone else uses...
I believe I have it fixed, I did enable that Loop Current Disconnect on the Grandstream device and I also set the Grandstream to 800ms with the IPO @ 350ms.
It's an 8 port grandstream ATA, the SIP terminates on the device and then analog to the IPO
Here are some other settings. I'm curious about the loop current disconnect setting that isn't enabled
Any particular setting? I have the IPO set to 250ms and the adapter set to 500ms right now. Leave a VM and watching the call on system status and it's still not disconnecting.
Help me out here guys, It's been a while since I dealt with this but just went from POTS lines to SIP>Analog converter(grandstream) and the calls are having an issue disconnecting after a calling party hangs up. Is it just the Disconnect Clear that I need to lower well below 500ms?
Also, the...
We have had some random reboots over the last couple years on our system. We've replaced the chassis, SD card, etc. And it still happens. System status gives little to no info as to why it happens. It comes back rather quickly (less than 2 min) almost like a soft reboot. Is there some logs...
I'm pulling my hair out on this one. I have a certain user where all of his calls originating from outside go to voicemail. I have forward unconditional checked and it works fine if I dial his 3 digit extension but calling his DID just goes almost straight to his Avaya VM. Inhibit off switch...
This may be a bit complicated but because of Covid, we are mostly using teams calling that is twinned with our extensions on an IP office. We have some 2FA calls that hit the "all tech" hunt group that can be distracting. Is there a way I can have users dial a short code to automatically...
Okay scratch that, is there a way to make a short code listen to what's plugged into the aux port without using it as hold music source? (*34) Currently hold music is a .wav.
Is it possible that a handset near a speaker can be the source of hold music somehow? I understand this is a very crude way of doing it, assume you don't know the full story and try to answer the original question.
Honestly not sure who the new provider is. So many middle men. All I know is that we cut our bill in half from our traditional PRI. We deal with a local reseller who does all of our Voice and Data. Right now it's just 911 and the 933 number that's not responding to how I make the ARS table...
