    Cancel this. Figured it out using BAT. Just needed to create a CSV with all the aliases that I wanted to edit. Then go into BAT and select the checkbox for locked by administrator.

    Search for the MAC on call manager and see if you find the phone and check if a line is configured for it. Or do your phones require 802.1X authentication? Maybe this is turned off? I know you will get the "searching for network" messages if it is needed but not enabled.
