    So managed to get this to work and to get it to work I have to forward port 443 on the firewall to the IP Office. My question is...is it secure enough? if someone now uses a browser and types in the URL of our public ip will get access to attempt a login to the web management interface of IP Office.

    Avaya IP Office SIP trunk doesn't process inbound calls with hidden CLID

    I just noticed that all IP Office customers connected with SIP trunks cannot receive calls when the caller hides the caller ID. I see coming in the monitor trace but IP Office does not respond to messages. Does anyone know which of the parameters in the SIP trunk might be causing this behavior?

    Could anyone know where the SIP trunk PAI can be defined in IP Office R6.0? I have came across an old system running version 6.0 and although there is the option to use the P Asserted ID in the field "Send Caller ID" there is nowhere one can define what PAI to use. Thank you!
