I am facing the APN problem when using one x workplace on IP office.

I enable the APN setting on IPO, also create the avaya cloud, and using tls to login one x portal.
However, it still fail to have a notification on IOS device.

Any advise, thanks a lot[thumbsup2][thumbsup2]

There are VOIP error msg on IX workplace, also I cannot see the register msg on IPO monitor.

I find that, when I by pass the ASBCE, it is work on IX workplace.

However, when I change the connection to ASBCE, I cannot sign in the IX workplace, even using same ext and password.

I have same issue here..APN not running yet.
I found this document which helps alot..

Unless you change the server to accounts-ipo.avayacloud.com in the zang url nothing starts to flow.

However I have a basic question here...I have on-premise ip500v2 running version 11.1.1.1.0 build 18.
I have an unpaid avaya cloud account where I just have the domain registered and I can see there is a connection between the account and the system because it populated the Equinox Cloud Client account with the JSON string.
I have added the app "Avaya Mobile Push Notification Service" manually on the portal, but the JSON is not being populated.

In IP Office system status I am getting the error "Apple Push Notification Service unavailable" and " Push Notification authorization failure: system ID is not provisioned"

Anybody knows the meaning of "system ID not provisioned"? Does the Avaya cloud account have to be a paid account?

you should not add the APP manually on cloud, please delete it, and then re-enable the APN feature.

Thanks Sun Chan...for responding.
ok I deleted the app, disabled APN and re-enabled with restarts in between. The app wasn't added automatically.
I still get the same error in IP Office System status
"Push notification authorization failure; system ID is not provisioned"

@derfloh
I am not good at SBC, how to get the taceSBC?

I have upgraded the system to version 11.1.2.4.0 build 18 and still getting the same error
"Push notification authorization failure: System ID is not provisioned"

I cannot find anywhere to which system ID is this referring to and where provisioning needs to be done.

Good news here...managed to unblock the error that I was getting "Push notification authorization failure; system ID is not provisioned"
was due to a dot "." i was using in the profile name. Do not use special characters in the profile name, just type some alpha characters there.

I have added the "Avaya Mobile Push Notification Service" manually in the Avaya cloud portal and the JSON was populated immediately.

I was using the domain name like domain.com in my profile to match the profile name on my cloud portal.
I removed the dot from the profile name in the configuration of IP office manager>system>Avaya cloud services

IX workplace now rings from lock screen even when the app is closed.

Thanks for sharing that. Good find, shame about the pain to find it.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Thanks for providing this useful hint.
