    Thanks Ozzie, not sure of the issue # of my manual but the PBX is used strictly as a TDM switch. And the keys count as I suspected but back a few posts ago I didn't know that the last row of buttons were speed dial only. Thanks again Ron

    Sorry for the confusion, yes I can program this phone from cmd 9000. What I meant was there was no diagram of this particular phone in cmd 9000 (for counting buttons) as there are for other types of phones. Ron

    Yes there is a cordless connected to this DTR 32, given your explanation above how does this effect me not being able to program keys 09 - 16 (2nd row of buttons) as FA keys? Thanks Ron

    Hi Ozzie, the phone in question is a DTR 32D 1, stock # 780055, S/N H1005MB. I want to program button #s 09 - 16 as Feature Access keys and I'm not able to 'why not'? This phone is not listed in cmd 9000. Thanks Ron

    After a power failure a D32 telephone came back up with the two middle rows of buttons not working the bottom row works like normal one-touch keys but I'm not able to program the middle two rows as one-touch keys pressing the Feature key and the buttons doesn't start the feature button to flash...

    Thanks gmannatl that did the trick it worked just as you said it would. OzzieGeorge I guess it was programmed as a speed dial key it is labeled "message" as all of the other phones in the system are. I will keep CMD 5115 in mind for the next time though. Ron
