    Thanks everyone for the help. I am having some difficulty implementing the telecommuter extension. I've got it setup and I believe I have the COR and COS setup correctly as well, but when I dial the extension and enter the FAC, I get a beeping/busy signal. Any thoughts?

    Sure, thanks! I would like all calls placed from Extension 1111 (Security Desk) to Extension 2222 (Executive) rerouted automatically to Extension 3333 (Executive's Assistant). I would like all other calls placed to Extension 2222 (Executive) to function normally. Thanks!

    That is definitely a good option, although it would result in some extra work for the security staff. Maybe they'll learn with time. Anyone comfortable with vectors? Can they be used to accomplish this task? Any suggestions or guidance?
