Telecommuter Access Setup Problem

I've setup a telecommuter access extension, but as soon as I enter the FAC I get the hi-lo tone and cannot proceed.

Any thoughts?

What digits are you dialing from the test station?

Command: list trace station xxxx (post output from test station xxxx while testing)
