    Reliable Router Recommendation

I do have the router plugged into a UPS on the battery side. I was thinking it could be the about of traffic that it is handling. It handles up ward of 4 gig a day. I know it is not a lot for a business. But it might be a lot for these routers.

    Reliable Router Recommendation

We are currently using a Linksys E2500. I believe it may be going bad. I have already replaced one of these routers at the beginning of the year at this location. A few months before that I had to replace a WRT54GL. The issue that lead to the need to replace them was that they would...

Connecting to a Network in Backtrack 5

I have just installed Backtrack 5 R3. I am new to Linux in general. I am using a HP Pavilion DV7-4190US notebook with a Broadcom 4313 Wireless NIC. I ran iwconfig and it does see my wireless card. My question is how do I get connected to a wireless network. Through some google searches I...

No video on Dell Studio 1537 -- Backlight comes on

I finally got a chance to pull the mobo, the video card is integrated. So there was nothing to check for loose connections. I am going to return it today, but would like to be able to continue to attempt to fix it if given the opportunity. Other than replacing the mobo I do not know what else...

No video on Dell Studio 1537 -- Backlight comes on

I have replaced the screen, the replacement is brand new. The cable is secure on both ends, it is not secured by tape but by clips on the cable. As I said in my OP removing the cable from either end will cause the back light to go out. I doubt it is the driver because I don't get anything at...

No video on Dell Studio 1537 -- Backlight comes on

I have been working on a Dell Studio 1537. The owner dropped it and broke a hinge. When they picked it up and opened it the broken hinge damaged some of the cables including the wireless, video and power button cables. All of which have been replaced. The screen did not appear to be damaged...

    AVG nor Malwarebytes open

I was able to find the solution. I searched for the long hexadecimal number listed in the event viewer in the registry and deleted the key. There was a separate one for AVG and Malwarebytes, I deleted them both and rebooted the computer. Now AVG and Malwarebytes both work as intended.

    Delayed Delivery

When I send messages to anyone who has gmail, I get a message back in a couple hours the delivery is delayed. In day or so I get a message that delivery failed. I thought this issue was related to my recent certificate issues, but that has been resolved. What could be causing this and how can...

So despite what the message says the connection is encrypted? Should I also create and SRV in private DNS as well?

    Certificate Issue

Ok I am in a catch 22 here. If I remove the cname as ShackDaddy suggests, I no longer get the error that I mention in my OP. However without the cname, when attempting to set up a new account in Outlook 2010 I get a new error. An encrypted connection to your mail server is not available Click...
