I was testing the Dialer in the IPOCC and my first days works fine. But then, days latter, the Campaign Monitor says "Destination Busy". When I monitor de CHAP I see 488 SIP Response "Not Acceptable Here". I'm using a SIP trunk.

Look in Monitor to find the error. Uncheck all of the options in Filter (in Menu) and check only the SIP options.
Maybe the SIP Registration enable in System or the User in the configuration not exist or not have the same number like the extension, or not licence free. The SIP errors shows up...

Now it's working. It needs an "*" in the Local URI field, in the URI SIP Tab of the SIP Trunk to follow the ICR rules. Otherwise it will treat the "To: Field" in the SIP messaging as an possible extension.

I had installed two IPO SE (Primary and Secondary) and all of the services has started correctly, with the exception of WebManager. It show the button "Start" and the service Stopped, but when I click in Start nothing happens. The IPO SE is in 9.1.4
