It's working now. We just need to use SNTP time setting config source to correct the time.
However, we encounter an issue for APN it only ring twice for incoming calls.

We already correct the time from our IP office and deactivate/activate Push service
however there are still alarm on SSA.
We are using UCM for time setting config source.
Do we need to make some adjustment for our UCM?

I think we found the reason why sip trunk is not working.
During isolation, SIP TRUNK is working as a standalone with avaya. While when we are connecting to their network, after a few seconds sip trunk will drop.

We encounter Invalid license for our avaya ip office version 8.1(67).
After we reset the security password to default using RS232 and Hyperterminal,
and open the manager, password already default but the version of ip office became 8.0(66)
and upon checking of license all license are invalid.
@derfloh there is no generated sip message logs about the dialing of cisco local.
another information. I tried to assign the press 8 and destination is to 8 plus specific cisco local, and it works.
@chriscon I tried disabling OOS, outgoing calls work ones and tried another call but it only indicates waiting for line and also incoming call is not working. I tried to test incoming call, my phone indicate calling but in avaya it's already ringing.

We are activating SIP trunk on ip office 500v2. We already test SIP, using softphone (Tmax) and it's incoming and outgoing calls are working. And when SIP is connected to Avaya, based on SSA it's idle in a few minutes then it will become out of service.
Can someone help me to solve...

additional information for our set up, CISCO has no trunk for outgoing calls.
