Avaya IPO R 9.0.9, Win 2008R2, only IPO Bin showing and all other bin files missing on Upgrade Wizard: although these files are present at the correct folder. What could that be happening? Should I default the CU?
@Pepp77: Well, dear. Only those who are into IT to know that when it comes to Avaya, anything is possible. Its always on our side ; And has always been. Thats one ISDN feature that with Avaya SIP trunking upgrades one day it will also be here with us, Avayans ;)

I think I figured that out. As I choose PAI or Diversion header on Send Caller ID drop down list, comes a warning sign stating "ISDN/ SIP feature will not be used. How bout IPO Release 10? Does this feature work?

Is there a Call listen to parked calls? It would be a very interesting tool: as the caller listens to hold music, agents may decide who´s willing to remain on hold and also, it would make agents more aware of which call to continue with.
