bdelmar - We've seen that issue as well - make sure to actually delete all IPO Manager files before installing the new Manager. Appears if you simply just upgrade your manager to a new release without actually deleting the old release - there's issues with files being corrupted or not copied...

See this thread opened few weeks back. Tier 3 got back to me on Monday stating they were pulling 11.1SP2 from GA and R&D was working on a replacement SP to fix the issue.

All existing WAV files on ours worked just fine and are playing in the VM Pro modules just fine.
We didn't try uploading or adding any new files - are you saying you tried creating new files after the upgrade and they were unable to play? That we have not tried as of yet.
