Wanted to post this to see if anyone else has run into it and could shed some light on it - began hearing about it as a low priority once
upgraded from 10.1 to 11.0 a few months back.
Intermittent issue with random VM messages being cut off. This site takes approx. 1000 calls a day, getting reports of a "handful" of calls a week, VM's are being cut off.
Upgraded 500V2 to 11.0.4.4 build 6, and the VM Pro to 11.0.4.4 build 4 early last week in hopes this would help. Received info from customer it still appears to be happening. Customer has sent along the messages when possible. Very strange - some of them I've received cutoff 5 or 10 seconds into the call and gone. Others 10-20 seconds into the message, it almost sounds like the message was stopped and caller started over...so you hear " Hello this is Bill Smith at 716-555...Hello this is Bill Smith at 716-555-1212, I'm calling to check on" and message is done. Other times the same happens, almost sounds like caller had to start message over but then message is left complete.
Any ideas or anything anyone could think of to look into on this?
