I'm not using both of the telephony resources. The expansion 2 is empty, and Enable and Disable are grayed out. I have rebooted the system, and it still not alowing me to change the clock source. The alarm LED is soild red because the PRI keeps switching clock sources. The DTM works ok other...

The empty module doesn't have a option to disable it and when I diable the PRI it still doesn't alow me to change the source.

What confuses me is if Fwd no answer is set to go to voice mail, why does DND still end up at the receptionist desk?
